Living Room Data Protection Policy
The Living Room understands that the misuse of any data concerning a young person poses great risk to the young person and those whom they know. As such, the Living Room takes its responsibility to safeguard the data of any young person very seriously. The information here below explains the rights of a young person in relation to the any personal data they provide to the Living Room, or that the Living Room possesses concerning them.

2.1. In relation to any of personal data provided by a young person to the Living Room, The Living Room, commits to use such data in a way that is consistent with the reason for which the data was originally collected; lawful; transparent; and fair. The Living Room will also take reasonable steps to ensure such data is stored securely; kept up to date; and erased when storage is no longer necessary given the reason for which the data was originally collected.

- The right to access all of their data – including information about to whom their data has been passed on to;
- The right to object to the processing of this data once collected;
- The right to have the data corrected;
